The rules of the road.
This page covers website use. Engagement-specific terms (deliverables, payment, IP) live in the signed Master Services Agreement we share before any project starts. If anything here conflicts with that MSA, the MSA wins.
Acceptance
By using nevynt.com ("Site") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Who we are
Nevynt Technologies is a private studio. Our registered contact address is published on request to legal@nevynt.com.
Use of the Site
- Don't use the Site to break the law or anyone's rights.
- Don't reverse‑engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to disrupt our infrastructure.
- Don't impersonate Nevynt or imply endorsement we haven't given.
Content & intellectual property
The Site, its layout, copy, and visual identity (including the Nevynt logo and "Empowering the Digital Frontier" wordmark) are © Nevynt Technologies and its licensors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. Everything else requires written permission.
For client engagements, IP assignment is defined in the project SOW — typically all custom work transfers on full payment, while our reusable internal tooling stays ours.
Third‑party links
Outbound links are for convenience. We don't control or endorse third‑party sites and aren't responsible for their content.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is". We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that any case study or stat applies to your situation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nevynt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability for client engagements is set in the relevant MSA.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Nevynt against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of London, unless your local mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new version. We'll keep an archive of past versions on request.
